Today it is clear that the birth trauma led Khalid to cerebral palsy. And although it seemed to everyone that the child was simply lagging behind, the insidious diagnosis was already showing through in dark letters in his medical card. And so Umakusum, the boy's mother, pulled her life together, she became fully involved in her son's health. She has two more children, but her heart was calm for them. In order to pass the first full-fledged course at the "REHab-Center" MC (Astrakhan), Umakusum sold everything that was of value: gold jewelry, expensive gifts. Khalid's healthy life is at stake.

This sacrifice bore fruit: Khalid began to take his first steps. Umakusum was so inspired that she was ready to give every last penny for another course. But only Khalid's father works in the family. And they all live together with their father-in-law. Therefore, it seemed that there was simply no way out. But all children with cerebral palsy can have an interesting and active life. And you can make the world around him change. But first, you need to help a little person with cerebral palsy live in this world. That's why Umakusum came to our foundation.⁣⁣
