In June, two-year-old Khadija began to have seizures similar to epilepsy. So she and her mother ended up in a neuropsychiatric dispensary. And then they were urgently transported to Moscow.

⁣⁣ For 70 days, Khadija has been in the Pirogov Republican Children's Clinical Hospital. And they still can't give her an accurate diagnosis.⁣

Doctors question acute sclerosing panencephalitis. This is a slow infection caused by the measles virus. Sometimes the incubation period is up to 8 years. The disease manifests itself in the form of personality and behavioral disorders. Then there are progressive muscular-tonic, motor, visual, cognitive impairments, paroxysmal conditions.⁣

Khadija is not mobile, she eats through a gastrostomy. She does not react to anyone.⁣⁣ Maryam, mother of Khadija, has two more older children. And now the question arose of transporting the child to Makhachkala. But in such cases, this is done strictly under the supervision of a resuscitator. This means that everyone has to pay travel expenses. The family is not able to do it now.⁣⁣

Charitable Foundation "Insan" announces an urgent fee for the purchase of air tickets for the transportation of Aliyeva Khadija and her mother, accompanied by a resuscitator in the amount of 50,000 rubles.
