Gadzhi spent the last year of his 16-year-old life within the hospital’s walls. In February 2018, Gadzhi was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (cancer). It all started with the fact that the boy was breathing heavily. They decided to pass all tests, conduct a comprehensive examination in Makhachkala. It was then that the doctors suspected leukemia.

After confirming the diagnosis, Gadzhi spent eight months in a Rostov clinic. The treatment went well, the results delighted the relatives and doctors. And on returning home, the therapy was continued.

But cancer is insidious. After a while, unfortunately, leukemia got out of control: he had a relapse. At this time, Gadzhi is undergoing another course of treatment at the Almazov Clinic (St. Petersburg).

He will have a bone marrow transplant soon. But preoperative preparation requires the use of expensive drugs.
